Katherine McHugh founded AWAKEN Wellness Resources to bring about positive and lasting change at the individual and organizational level through skills-based awareness practices and personal development training.

She brings over 3 decades of personal practice to the training and over 16 years of experience as a personal development consultant and mindfulness educator in corporate, academic and community settings.

With a Master’s Degree in Comparative Contemplative Practices, Katherine trained at the renowned Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
